Who are we?
Since 1989, Learn2 has successfully designed and delivered award winning corporate development programs and custom solutions or tools that are focused on maximizing the potential of people at “work”.
Our solutions are all tied to business initiatives in the following areas: Leadership, Team Development, Sales, Communication, Business Design, Recruiting, Strategy and Engagement. Our solutions are as varied as our clients and are all interactive, immersive, and transformational.
Like Uber and Airbnb, we know that growth comes from sharing and building on each other’s success. We do great work. We know others do to.
Our vision at Learn2 is to expand our network of independent consult-ants and leverage our programs, tools, and experience to transform the way the world works and learns through the power of engagement, assessment and learning for the benefit of all of our clients.
Externally, we are creating a globally-recognized brand that allows us to work on multi-national and global opportunities with organizations large and small. Internally, we are building a best-practice-sharing network that allows us all to share investments in technology, marketing, sales, video, blogs, websites and resources. We will save both time and money while enabling us to achieve more.
We want to change the way the world learns and works. Simply put we want to grow the value of people.
That means spreading our approach. And we do that by growing the number and size of opportunities for great facilitators with great programs around the world. A network of the best facilitators and the best programs that can support people becoming more valuable in many cities and countries.

Who are we looking for to join the Network?
We invite 3 groups to join the Network:
People Practitioners – You are great at what you do. You know HR, Leadership, People, Culture… Perhaps you want to do more – more work or more types of work. By joining the Network you can bring opportunities and work on opportunities. You get to be part of a multi-national brand with many clients, programs and awards.
Human Performance Companies – You do great work. You know HR, Recruiting, ISO, TQM, Sales, Financial, Accounting, Consulting, Marketing, Events… You have clients and sales. You want to grow your opportunities and your product lines to offer more complete solutions to your clients. You may even want to expand your internal capabilities.
Local Learn2 Leaders in Cities and Countries – You want to lead a city or country. You become the leader of the local Learn2 presence. You leverage Learn2’s 26 years of programs, brand, marketing, proposals, clients, and support. You want to create opportunities and engage local practitioners to deliver. You have a network of local facilitators and subject matter experts.

Multi-National Companies – you get the best local practitioners with the best solutions. You save travel and you have local representation. You get to have solutions across multiple locations in many countries.
Global Companies – you get the best local practitioners with the best solutions. You can roll-out solutions across your locations in the countries you operate in. You can reduce the number of vendors to have more consistency in approach and results.
Purpose-Driven Organizations – you get the best local practitioners with the best solutions. Discounted rates to achieve your purpose. We believe in growing Purpose-driven Organizations and offer a 30% discount off Profit-driven Company pricing.
We believe the distinction between upstream versus downstream approaches. We believe in an upstream approach. By having clear principles that we all agree to, we remove the likelihood of downstream issues.
Lets use a river as a metaphor for the increasing impact of conditions and events which affect the Network health over time. For example, if there is a toxic situation upstream, it affects the quality of the water in the river for everyone downstream. We can focus on dealing with the symptoms experienced downstream (downstream approach) or we can stop any toxic behavior and prevent that behavior from happening in the first place (upstream approach).
We believe in the follow principles. If you do not, no judgement – continue to work as you do. We wish you well. We can collaborate on a project-by-project basis. If you believe strongly in these principles, then join our Network and lets change with way the world learns and works.
Sharing: We believe in sharing. Sharing grows opportunity for all.
Listening: We believe all voices get heard and considered and minority rights get protected.
Inclusive: We believe barriers to participation in society exist to marginalize people. Things like poverty, disability, age, race, and gender. Our network embraces diversity and recognizes that all members have a right to be heard and participate in processes.
Equity: We believe our structures must remain as flat as possible, with all participants being seen as equally important and having equal input.
Community: We believe in coming together to discuss concerns, assess options and arrive at our own conclusions. While we seek advice from “experts”, we consider it along with everyone’s input and experience and allow members to make their own choices that are right for them.
Ownership: We believe opportunities thrive when everyone develops their own assets. And we believe that everyone “owns” the challenges and opportunities in the network. When we accept a challenge as “our” problem, we work together to develop solutions for all.
Enhance capacities and networks: We believe there is strength in community. Certain individuals and companies have particular talents and are able to help others’ clients. We believe it is important strengthen rather than weaken the community.
Universality: We believe all services and programs can be available to everyone. Each member creates its certification process and other members can complete that certification process to grow their local opportunities.
Service Integration. We believe in Service Integration across our Network to ensure we coordinate our services, we strengthen the community and our clients, we practice effective communication among all involved, and we combine services to deliver the best results to the extent possible.
Easy and fun. We believe in how we work together. Simplicity and joy generate creativity and meaningful learning.
Prosperous: We believe that all members share the opportunity to generate abundance, of learning and work opportunities, with a fair compensation, that also strengthens our businesses.
Transparency: We believe that transparency is one of the main sources of TRUST. When we can see through someone’s image and relate truthfully, communication and solutions come about naturally.
