3 hours minimum to 1-2 days depending on application to your specific internal change. Learn2 designs are modular so you can expand with additional learning and application.
A large bank had all 400+ participants learn how to implement change together to align leaders’ approach to change and a new change model. This program can expand by using additional coaches which allows more participants to engage and receive the same learning at the same time.
