Admit it – you’ve always wanted to be on TV. You’ve even imagined being on a Reality TV show like Survivor or The Amazing Race. Well now is your opportunity! In this unique team building exercise, appropriately named Film the Big Picture”, we combine the excitement of a race with the fun of being both in front of and behind the camera. Your team learns important team building lessons about being high-performance while learning about their teammates and having the time of their lives.

MOVIE MAKING TEAM BUILDING PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

This team building activity combines all the excitement of a TV show or blockbuster movie along with strong team growth components. Following a real script and filming at predetermined locations or attractions, teams work together to create a oneofakind movie masterpiece. Participants receive a TV or movie theme, props, costumes, a camera, a boom microphone and sometimes lighting; though – though this isn’t your average movie set. Your group is filming while racing against the clock! In this team building activitygroups must finish shooting their feature film on time or face the consequences.

Measurable Team Development, On and Off Screen 

Finishing this movie making challenge, teams will work together; thinking, laughing, and exchanging ideas to personalize their films, and then quickly jump into action exploring the area for shooting locations. Creativity is unleashed as teams layer ideas to the script and add their own touches. Footage is edited and teams gather for a screening.  Possible themes include the Toronto International Film Festival or a “Night at the Oscars” award ceremony and gala.
